Don't let your kid's
summer vacation pass without some adventure, excursion, trip, tramp and
lifelong memory of the great outdoors.
 Summer
is the time for parents to teach their children something they can't
learn in school - life is a journey alive with imagina tion,
which grows with adventures. All these family activities are FREE or
moderately priced and adventures that everyone can do together. Each
excursion leaves behind canned fun bought with tokens traded for
tickets, video games and the the ultimate waste of summer vacation,
the TV.
This is real fun that the family can all enjoy right here in hot, humid
Georgia.
And so the story begins...... 27 May 2005, approximately 2:41pm my children came to me with a summertime emergency – “We’re bored”, at this critical time in their lives, 11 minutes into their break from school and they have nothing to do and all they know is their summer break is quickly slipping away. Both children finished their elementary school year on the Principal's All A Honor roll but they can't come up with anything fun to do. Immediately mom (my wife) jumps into action and we are off…. 27 May 2005, approximately 3:01pm, mom has a plan and preparations are underway for our first of many Summer Adventures in Georgia.
