Web Site

The course materials can be found at http://www.mercer.edu/~tm600

Newsgroups

This course was designed to have several interactive newsgroups, electronic discussion forums. However, the necessary technology is not available to us. As a class, we will use a list server to have on-line "discussions" -- please send messages (and replies) to tm600-l@mercer.edu.

Module Assignments

Each assignment should be faxed to me at 770/645-0864 no later than 8:00 p.m. on the day it is due. Please include a cover sheet indicating whether you would prefer to receive your grade and feedback back by fax or email, including the necessary telephone number or address – you will hear from me accordingly by the end of the following week.

Late assignments lose 1 point (out of a possible 20) each day they are late.

To enhance your learning, I am willing to accept "improved" versions of your assignments. That is, if you are not satisfied with your grade or performance on a module, you can resubmit the assignment; your grade for the module would then be an average of the original grade and the grade for the resubmission. These improved versions can be faxed to me any time before June 8 at 8:00 p.m., to be considered in your final grade. The intent is to give you the opportunity to internalize the feedback you have received to learn from experience.

 Group Projects

It is your responsibility to plan, assign, and schedule the work for the group projects. You may find it convenient to meet in lieu of our classroom sessions.
