University of Pittsburgh Mr. Allen J. Rubenfield is a Lecturer of Accounting at the Stetson School of Business and Economics. He obtained his M.B.A in Accounting from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, and his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Rubenfield has spent many years teaching accounting, tax, law and ethics on the graduate and undergraduate level and has worked as a CPA in the past. He has authored a number of articles that have appeared in both practitioner and academic journals. Mr. Rubenfield is currently authoring two manuscripts for BNA/TM Accounting Policy and Practice Series; one on Partnerships and one on Joint Ventures. Recent articles have appeared in The CPA Journal and The Journal of Applied Business Research.
