The goals of the center include the following:  

1. To encourage and support collaborative research between faculty and undergraduate students.

2. To investigate public policy issues found in a capitalistic economy.

3. To examine the role of individual liberty in the public policy arena.

4. To develop undergraduate research paradigms that will enhance future graduate study.

5. To bring the discussions of the Center into the public forum.
