Professor of Management
Teaching strategic management and leadership to undergraduates, operations management to MBA students, and contemporary topics in management for the Professional MBA program.

Chair, University Planning Council
As Chair of the University Planning Council, led the effort to conduct strategic analysis, develop a vision statement for the University, communicate the ten-year goals, institute a strategic planning process in the academic and administrative units, and draft a measurement system to track progress against plans.

Associate Professor of Management
Taught management science, management information systems, strategic management and operations management to graduate and undergraduate students; conducting research; chaired the School's Mission Committee; served on the Dean's Executive Committee; represented the School in the University Commons, the House of Delegates, and on the Search Committee for the Dean.

Served as a Program Director in Macon for two years: advising graduate students on educational and career matters; setting curricular and course objectives for the program; developing and establishing additional programs; managing adjunct faculty; recruiting students; developing corporate relationships; creating marketing programs; representing the School on the Graduate Council.

Manager - Office Technology

Managed an organization of 30 people; revised corporate policy and support strategy for over 2000 microcomputers and 30 Local Area Networks; established a technology training function delivering 10,000 hours of training per year; provided hotline support for end users; instituted company-wide electronic mail; downsized the organization to 20 employees; managed a $4 million capital budget and a $2.5 million expense plan.

Responsible for account team management, territory planning, and business volume attainment.
