Final Exam: July 10

The exam will be a combination of 5- and 10-point short essay questions.

You are responsible for the material in the following sections of the text, as well as any material discussed in class (including preemption and covenants not to compete):

Chap. 8 - all
Chap. 9 - pp. 226-228 and 240-243
Chap. 10 - pp. 248-252
Chap. 11 - pp. 282-284 and pp. 292-294
Chap. 12 - pp. 297-307 and 322-323
