the praise band                

The praise band is compiled of four main members.  However, anyone and everyone is always welcome to sing and play with the band. 

The main members are Joy Stevens, Mike Stevens, Chantelle Adkins-Cody, and David Puett.  Joy plays the piano, guitar, bass guitar and violin.  Mike plays drums.  Chantelle plays piano, guitar, and bass guitar.  David plays lead guitar. 

The band occasionally does a song that is not original, but for the most part, they play original and new music that they compose all the time.  They are an extremely talented bunch and are obviously anointed to play God's music! 

With such diverse tastes in music amongst the members, their music as a group reflects that.  They have some slow ballad songs, soft songs, hard-rock loud songs, country songs, alternative songs, basically, you name it and they play a Christian song to that style.  If they don't currently, just give 'em time. 

Hopefully, in the near future, the band will be trying to record a CD of their original music.  And, even sooner than that, the band will be able to start playing in other venues than CGC!
