Remember, the objective of this process is to encourage everyone to do their fair share.  This will work best if you provide honest and timely feedback to your group members. The best way to do this is face-to-face within the group. A poor effort evaluation is most effective if submitted after you have discussed it with the group member.

*VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RATINGS: Only one group member can qualify for the "clearly did the most" category.  Also, it is not possible for everyone to rate "more than others". Please read the choices carefully. How can everyone do "more than average"? If everyone did a good job, and really contributed and all of you are quite pleased (as am I) that the group worked together well, then everyone deserves an "about fair share" rating. Unless, of course, you deserve an "almost no help", because that's about the only way I can figure that everyone else did much more than average.
